Quiapo
Probably one of the cheapest thrift shop in town. Theres a lot of ukay-ukay shop near Quiapo Church that offers as low as 5 pesos. Most of the store offers big discount like "Buy one take one" and "3 for 100" sales.

Some of it are quite pricey but i guarantee the design of the garments. I recommend "Fashion de Lite" Store and they have 3 store that you can visit

If your looking for a branded clothes they've got it all, from jacket, polo and even pants. You just need to prepare physically because the mall is quite big and you will be using a lot of staircase.
